Before founding The Well, I was constantly hopping from gym to gym—loving the mindfulness of yoga, craving the strength of Pilates, and still needing to break a real sweat. Nothing ever gave me everything I needed in one space. So, I created it.

After years of battling burnout, hormone issues, and body image struggles, I discovered hot Pilates—and it changed everything. I lost 70 pounds, reversed my PCOS symptoms, and found joy in movement again. But more than that, I found clarity and healing through consistency and community.

The Well is the studio I always wished existed: strong, soulful, challenging, and kind. It’s movement with meaning. Strength with softness. Space to sweat and space to heal.

This is more than a workout. It’s an invitation to come back to yourself—and I’m so glad you’re here.

About the WELL

The Well is a boutique infrared-heated Pilates and yoga studio rooted in intentional movement, holistic wellness, and powerful community. Our mission is to help you feel stronger, lighter, and more connected—body, mind, and soul.

At The Well, movement isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel. Our method blends classical Pilates, strength training, sculpt, and yoga-inspired flow into one dynamic experience. Every class is designed to challenge and restore, sweat and strengthen, lengthen and tone. Whether you're building endurance or finding stillness, this is your space to move with purpose and power.

Why “The Well”?

The name The Well is inspired by one of the most powerful encounters in Scripture—the story of the woman at the well (John 4). She came tired, empty, and burdened—and Jesus met her right where she was, offering her living water that would never run dry.

That’s the heart behind this space.
My hope and prayer is that The Well would be more than a studio—it would be a sanctuary. A place where you are met with kindness, filled with strength, and reminded that you are never too far gone to start again. That you can come as you are, and leave a little more whole.
