SWEAT

SWEAT is a high-energy, low-impact class that fuses Pilates-based strength training with rhythmic cardio intervals for a full-body burn. Set in our infrared-heated studio, this class uses heavier weights, bands, and nonstop movement to challenge your endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and promote deep detox. Expect to sweat hard, move with intention, and leave feeling strong, energized, and reset.

SCULPT

A slow-burn, low-impact strength class rooted in classical Pilates and inspired by barre. SCULPT focuses on intentional, muscle-targeting movement to tone, strengthen, and improve stability from the inside out.

Using light weights and Pilates props like rings, bands, and balls, this class emphasizes control, core activation, and precise form. Expect small, powerful movements, deep muscle engagement, and a serious burn—without the joint strain. All levels welcome.
